Hawaiian Wisdom for Modern Times

*Aloha 'Aina:  LOVE of the Land*

Maunalua Farms is a family owned farming business.  Tim Yee & Michelle Makalua-Yee started in 2018 to work diligently and provide responsibly grown agricultural products for the benefit of our entire community.

Maunalua was once known for Milo tree's, kukui, ohia, iliahi, uala, kalo, mai'a and supported the thriving kanaka with Kuapa Loko I'a (fishpond) which was destroyed by Henry Kaiser and became "Hawaii Kai Marina".

Maunalua Farms is located in  Kamilonui valley on private leased lands managed/owned by the Kamehameha Schools Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate.  Both Tim and Michelle are graduates of Kamehameha Schools (1991), which gives them a Kuleana or responsibility to maintain dutiful PONO stewartship over the aina (land).
